How we got here
Founded in 2024, U4RIA has grown from two cofounders and a vision into a worldwide team delivering AI that actually ships.
Co-founders Meet
Ben and Lewis crossed paths and immediately found a shared drive to build something meaningful together. They launched a lead generation agency, developing a sharp understanding of business growth challenges and how technology could solve them at scale.
Core Team Forms
Rodolfo and Joel joined as co-CTOs and lead developers, bringing deep technical expertise that transformed U4RIA's ability to build and ship. Their arrival laid the engineering foundation everything since has been built on.
U4RIA Founded
Ben and Lewis saw that smaller businesses were being left behind. Enterprise AI was everywhere. But SMEs — the companies with the most to gain from better systems — had nobody building for them properly. U4RIA was the answer: bespoke AI that actually fits how a business runs, not what a vendor's platform can accommodate.
First Project
U4RIA landed and delivered its first bespoke AI project — validating the model from day one. Working closely with the client to ship a solution that moved the needle, this engagement set the standard for every project that followed.
GSBS Barcelona Partnership
Partnered with GSBS Barcelona Business School to bring in high-calibre interns, embedding fresh talent directly into live client engagements. This partnership formed the foundation of our intern-to-team pipeline.
Worldwide Team
Our team expanded internationally — spanning the UK, Spain, Australia, Asia, and beyond. A globally distributed team means we match clients' timezones, understand their markets, and bring diverse perspectives to every problem.
MWC Barcelona
Represented at Mobile World Congress in Barcelona alongside the biggest names in tech. For U4RIA, it was the moment the global conversation started — new partnerships, new markets, and proof that what we're building belongs on the world stage.
Worldwide Market Expansion
Now actively working with clients from all corners of the world — spanning multiple continents and sectors. Our AI solutions are live in manufacturing plants, retail operations, logistics networks, and professional services firms globally.

Lewis
Co-Founder & CEO
Lewis runs the commercial side of U4RIA — strategy, client relationships, and the deals that keep us growing. He spent years in technology consulting before co-founding U4RIA, and brings that background to every client conversation: understanding what a business actually needs before proposing anything.
