Terms of Service

Last updated: 10 April 2026  ·  Effective: 10 April 2026

These terms govern your use of our website and publicly available tools. They are separate from any signed Scope of Work or Services Agreement — if you are a client, your project-specific agreement takes precedence. Questions? Email info@u4ria.dev.

1. About these terms

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of www.u4riaai.com(the “Site”) and any information, tools, demos, or content made available through it.

They do not govern paid engagements, which are governed by the signed Services Agreement (Scope of Work) between you and U4RIA AI LTD. If there is a conflict between these Terms and a signed Services Agreement, the Services Agreement prevails for that engagement.

2. Acceptance

By accessing the Site you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

3. Who can use the site

You must be at least 18 years old and capable of forming a binding contract under the laws of your jurisdiction.

4. The site is informational

The Site, including industry pages, ROI estimators, case studies, and interactive demos, is provided for general information only. Nothing on the Site constitutes:

  • ·a binding offer or contract;
  • ·legal, financial, tax, or regulatory advice;
  • ·a guarantee of specific results, savings, or ROI.
Any figures, case studies, or projections shown are illustrative estimates, not commitments. Real results depend on your data, infrastructure, and operating environment, and will be set out in a signed Scope of Work.

5. Interactive demos

We provide interactive demos for certain industries. These demos:

  • ·run on synthetic or anonymised sample data;
  • ·are provided "as is" with no warranty of availability or accuracy;
  • ·may be rate-limited, gated, or taken down at any time;
  • ·must not be used to process real personal data or confidential business information.

6. Intellectual property

All content on the Site — text, graphics, logos, videos, source code, demos, and the U4RIA name and marks — is owned by U4RIA AI LTD or its licensors and protected by UK and international intellectual property law.

You may view and share the Site for lawful, non-commercial purposes. You may not copy, scrape, reproduce, republish, adapt, reverse engineer, or create derivative works from any part of the Site, or use automated systems (including LLM crawlers, bots, or scrapers) to extract content, without our prior written consent.

7. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

  • ·use the Site in any way that breaches applicable law;
  • ·attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems;
  • ·introduce malware, run load tests, or interfere with availability;
  • ·reverse engineer any AI system, demo, or feature;
  • ·use the Site to build a competing product or service;
  • ·submit false, misleading, or infringing content through forms or chat.

8. User submissions

If you submit information through a contact form, booking flow, or chat:

  • ·you confirm you have the right to share it;
  • ·you grant us a worldwide, royalty-free licence to use it solely for responding to you and providing our services;
  • ·you accept it may be processed under our Privacy Policy.

Do not submit confidential or regulated data (health records, payment card data, etc.) through the Site.

9. Third-party links and services

The Site may link to third-party websites, scheduling tools (such as Calendly), or demo environments. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third party.

10. No warranties

The Site and all content, demos, and estimates are provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, whether express, implied, statutory or otherwise, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, and availability.

11. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event will U4RIA, its directors, employees, or contractors be liable for:

  • ·indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages;
  • ·loss of profit, revenue, data, goodwill, or business opportunity;
  • ·any liability arising from your use of the Site, the demos, or any reliance placed on information published on the Site,

exceeding £100 in the aggregate.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or any other liability that cannot be limited under English law. Liability under signed Services Agreements is governed by those agreements.

12. Indemnity

You agree to indemnify U4RIA against any claim, loss, or expense arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the Site.

13. Suspension and termination

We may suspend or withdraw access to the Site or any demo at any time, for any reason, without notice.

14. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will reflect the latest version. Continued use of the Site after changes constitutes acceptance.

15. Governing law and jurisdiction

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. The courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute, except that we reserve the right to bring proceedings in any jurisdiction where you are based to protect our intellectual property or confidential information.
